Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours or before the course is accessed. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Accessing any part of the course content, downloading materials, or completing a certain percentage of the course often voids the refund eligibility. Refunds are often subject to deductions for administrative fees, and processing can take 7-10 business days.Â
Common conditions for refunds
- Pre-access:We offer a refund if requested before the course is activated or accessed.
- Exceptional circumstances:Refunds may be considered for exceptional situations, such as technical issues on the provider’s side that prevent course access, but this is at the company’s discretion.
- Completion of a portion of the course:Some programs, allow a refund if you complete a significant portion of the course (e.g., one month) and still see no benefit, provided you meet all assignment and participation requirements.Â

- Course access:Once you have accessed, started, or completed any part of the course, you are generally not eligible for a refund.
- Content consumption:Policies may state a maximum percentage of content you can access before becoming ineligible for a refund, for example, 30% of the content for some self-paced courses.
- Self-paced courses:For courses where you have immediate access to all materials upon purchase, refunds are typically not given as the product is immediately available to you.Â
